Patrick R. Noonan joined Boss Law Firm, APLC as an Associate Attorney in 2016 and became Of Counsel in March of 2018. His litigation practice focuses on the representation of title insurance companies, real estate developers, and property owners to address and resolve complex financial, title, escrow, land use, fraud and contractual disputes arising from title claims and commercial and residential real property transactions. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Noonan worked in an AmLaw 200 environment where he represented clients in both state and federal courts in many areas of civil litigation, including breach of contract, real property disputes, intellectual property disputes, and employment litigation. His experience includes all phases of written discovery, drafting pleadings and motions practice, preparing witnesses for trial, negotiating favorable settlements, and judgment enforcement.
While completing his Bachelor of Science degree at Santa Clara University, Mr. Noonan was a summer intern in Washington, D.C., for the U.S. Secretary of Veterans Affairs, Pfizer, Inc.’s Government Relations Office, and The American Enterprise Institute. After graduating from Santa Clara University in 2007, he worked as a Policy Advisor to a United States Senator where he was responsible for crafting national energy and economic policy, and advocating those positions to members of Congress, administration officials, third party experts, and the press.
In 2009, Mr. Noonan moved back to his hometown of San Diego to attend the University of San Diego School of Law. During law school, he worked as an advisor to an organization of business leaders promoting the use of innovative business strategies as a means of improving the efficiency and performance of the federal government. He also worked as a legal/policy intern in the Office of the Mayor, City of San Diego, and developed proposals on a range of issues, including city drinking water alternatives, energy efficiency initiatives, and transportation improvements.
Mr. Noonan is actively involved in various legal and community organizations in San Diego, and lives with his wife, Brianne, in Pacific Beach.
